Company recognizes proper protection of personal information of the clients such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc (referred to as “Personal Information of Clients” hereafter) is an important responsibility, and takes care of personal information by the following policy:

(1) Company complies with “Personal Information Protection Law” and other relevant ordinances, and takes good care of Personal Information of Clients. Also, Company makes an effort to improve its applying the policy.

(2) Company establishes the regulations related to handling personal information, and lets its employees know the regulations thoroughly who are in charge of Personal Information of Clients.

(3) While collecting personal information of the clients, Company notifies or publicizes the specific purpose of using such information, and uses Personal Information of Clients in accordance with that purpose.

(4) Company establishes necessary measures and manages them properly for prevention of leakage, missing, alteration, etc of personal information.
